PAYMENT INFORMATION

* Payment received on/before August 7th, 2008 - per person $90.00

* LATE PAYMENT NOTICE - Payment on/after August 8th, 2008 – The extra costs that occur with last minute changes for meal/ space setups will require an increase in the registration fee for late registrants. Please help us avoid these extra charges by submitting your payments to us by August 7th, 2008.

IMPORTANT: On your check, please list the name(s) of all registrant(s) included in your      payment. 

PAYPAL
after completing your registration (yourself, spouse/significant other, and/or each guest), you may submit your secure payment(s) online immediately via PayPal.

When using PayPal, you must pay separately for yourself, your spouse/significant 
      other, and/or each guest.

Payment at Reunion - We are actively discouraging this option, as it does not allow us to plan adequate meals, beverages and space for your attendance. Please, try to avoid this option, and please understand that we may need to charge more if you register and pay late. Our costs increase when you do this, and we have no choice but to pass these costs through to the late registrants.

Refunds - Written requests for refunds will be honored only if payment has already been made. Refund requests will be carefully considered and processed accordingly.

**Note: The Reunion Committee on behalf of all registrants incurs expenses which must be paid well in advance of the reunion itself. If we are unable to recover the costs incurred on your behalf, we may not be able to provide a refund in part or total.
